All provisions of football-activity registrations are subject to availability. In the event of program cancellation by the Provider, refunds will be issued within 30 days.

Cancellation of bookings by the User may incur a 10% administrative fee.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel a registration after payment if:

• Activity capacity is exceeded,
• Eligibility requirements are not met,
• Safety, compliance, or quality standards cannot be assured.

In such cases, the User will receive a full refund with no penalties.
